BetWinner's first-deposit terms match your first deposit at 100% up to GH₵750, and the minimum deposit for the bonus is GH₵5. MoMo limits

A GH₵1 floor means you can test the route with pocket change before sending a real deposit. Send GH₵1, approve the prompt, confirm it lands, then withdraw GH₵1 back to the same wallet and watch how long the 15-minute label takes in practice for your network.

On the deposit side, MTN, AirtelTigo Money and an entry labelled Vodafone take GH₵1 to GH₵5,000, Telecel shows a GH₵1 minimum, and every one is marked no fees, instant. Visa and Mastercard are priced in euros, 3 EUR to 1,500 EUR, and Online Banking, GG Bank, AirTM and Bidget Pay sit alongside 45 crypto coins and networks.
The withdrawal tab is where the cedi limits double. MTN, AirtelTigo and the Vodafone entry pay out from GH₵1 to GH₵10,000, Telecel from GH₵1, all labelled no fees, 15 minutes. Cards do not appear on the withdrawal side, so a card deposit will need another route out. Crypto withdrawals carry the same 15-minute label.
The 15 minutes is BetWinner's estimate. The About page says winnings are paid through the method used to deposit, and the bonus terms allow ID requests at any time. Deposit from a MoMo wallet in your own name and keep your Ghana Card at hand. Approve the deposit from the MoMo prompt on your phone with your PIN; never read that PIN to anyone who calls. BetWinner keeps two sports offers running for existing accounts. The Thursday reload matches a deposit of GH₵50 or more made on a Thursday at 100%, up to GH₵750. The turnover is three times the bonus in accas within 24 hours, each with three or more legs and at least three at 1.40 or higher. It only pays when no other bonus is active and you have made no withdrawal before the deposit.
The 3% sports cashback adds up your losing sports stakes at odds of 1.5 or higher across the week. It returns 3% of them as real money by 12:00 (GMT+3) on Tuesday. Totals, handicaps, cancelled and sold bets are left out. The page leaves the maximum and minimum amounts blank for the Ghana account.
A Promo Code Store turns bonus points from regular play into free-bet codes. All three sit under the same opt-in tick in My Account. The reload rules exclude crypto accounts; the cashback and Promo Code Store rules do not say.

Is BetWinner legal in Ghana? Inter Omega Limited in North Kaneshie
The footer of betwinner.com.gh states that the site is owned and operated by Inter Omega Limited, registration number CS237471220, with its registered office at HSE NO. D192, Mantse Boi Street, North Kaneshie, Accra. It then names Sports Betting Licence GCSB26Y4779U and Casino Licence GCCA26J9745N, both issued by the Gaming Commission of Ghana on 1 January 2026.
The Gaming Commission register lists BETWINNER twice, under Sports Betting and under Online Casino, for 1 January to 31 December 2026, Accra. That matches the footer: one licence for the sportsbook, one for the casino.
Before you deposit, confirm the address bar shows betwinner.com.gh and the footer shows that company name and those numbers. A physical Accra address matters if a dispute ever needs a letter. The licensing section of the ranking explains what a 2026 licence year means for the year after.
Android app
BetWinner app in Ghana: Android APK only, no iPhone app
The footer of betwinner.com.gh lists a single app under APPS: Android. The link leads to the mobile page, where the APK is downloaded straight from the operator's domain. After downloading, allow installs from unknown sources in your phone settings, open the file, install, then switch that permission off again.
There is no iOS button on the Ghana site. iPhone users are left with the mobile website, which runs in Safari and handles the cashier, bet slip and live section without a download. Adding the site to your home screen gives you an icon, but it is still the browser.
The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, household, device and IP address, so do not install the APK on a friend's phone and register there. Get the file only from betwinner.com.gh, not from a 'BetWinner' APK forwarded on WhatsApp, which can carry a copy built to steal your login.
