Cloudbet Ghana visitors get a sportsbook and casino that has run on Bitcoin since 2013, by the operator's own account, and still takes nothing else. Deposits are Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and the other coins Cloudbet lists. A card can buy crypto through the Swapped window, but there is no cedi balance and no MoMo. Its welcome package is up to $2,500 of real cash over 30 days, built from 10% casino rakeback and cash drops rather than a deposit match. By Cloudbet's figures 90% of withdrawals take under two minutes and the rest up to 24 hours. The licence is Curaçao's, and there is no app, by design.
Verdict
Cloudbet in short: cash rewards and quick coins, no cedis
Cloudbet suits a Ghana punter who already holds USDT or Bitcoin and bets across sports and casino. Its rewards are cash you can withdraw at once, rather than a bonus with 40x attached. It is a poor fit if MoMo is your only cashier or if you want an Android app. Nor is there a first-deposit match; Cloudbet says plainly that it does not offer one.
Best for
Crypto holders who bet sports and casino and want quick withdrawals plus welcome rewards paid as cash.
Think twice if
You pay by MoMo, you want an Android app, or you expect a matched first-deposit bonus.
What we like
- Cloudbet states 90% of withdrawals take under two minutes and adds no fee of its own
- Welcome rewards arrive as real cash with no wagering, from any first deposit
- Sportsbook with in-play markets, a Bet Builder and cash out across the main sports
Watch out for
- No cedi balance, MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money; cards only buy crypto through Swapped
- No mobile app, and Cloudbet warns that any APK carrying its name is not its own
- Accounts below Level 2 verification carry a $2,200 lifetime deposit and daily withdrawal limit
Score breakdown
Cloudbet scores: fast payouts, wide book, no app
The five available scores are Ghana Betting Tips’ editorial assessments of published product information. Odds and margins remain unscored until a matched price comparison is available. Cloudbet has no odds score, so its 6.8 is the weighted average of the other five criteria.
Odds and margins
—Cloudbet has not been rated for odds and margins because we have not published a timestamped, like-for-like bookmaker price sample. Market counts, sports coverage and accumulator promotions do not demonstrate lower margins or better odds.

Bonus
Cloudbet welcome package: up to $2,500 in rakeback and cash drops
Cloudbet's welcome package is not a deposit bonus, and its help centre says as much. Instead, your first deposit of any size starts a 30-day programme worth up to $2,500 in real cash. In the casino you receive 10% of the house edge back on every eligible bet, win or lose, plus daily cash drops based on your play. Sports punters earn one cash drop a week, unlocked each Friday, based on the previous week's betting.
The terms describe how the rakeback is paid: a share is credited to your account at once. The remainder goes to a rewards calendar or into the Cash Vault, the largest single reward, which opens on day 30. Everything ends 30 days after your first bet following the first deposit, or when the $2,500 cap is reached, whichever comes first. The Vault balance and any unclaimed rewards are credited to your account at that point.
Because the package pays from house edge and activity, the full $2,500 needs very heavy play, and a casual punter will see a small fraction. What arrives is real balance with no wagering to clear. Compare it with the matched offers on the welcome offers section of the ranking before you decide.

$2,500 package
How Cloudbet's $2,500 welcome package pays out, bet by bet
Cloudbet draws the package down with every bet rather than crediting a lump sum. Each eligible casino bet returns 10% of the house edge. On a slot with a 4% edge, a $10 bet earns $0.04 of rakeback, and $1,000 of such bets earns $4. Daily casino cash drops add to that, sized to your activity, and the sportsbook contributes one cash drop a week on Friday.
Part of each rakeback amount lands in your balance straight away. The rest is split between a rewards calendar and the Cash Vault that opens on day 30. Calendar amounts must be claimed within 24 hours of being released or they are forfeited. When the package ends, the Vault balance and any unclaimed rewards are credited.
The cap is $2,500 across casino and sports, and the clock is 30 days from your first bet after the first deposit. Eligibility is automatic for accounts opened after 2 January 2025 and excludes the countries on Cloudbet's restricted list, which Ghana is not on. Completing the package activates a loyalty level in Cloudbet Rewards, where rakeback and cash drops continue.
Deposits and withdrawals
Cloudbet deposits and withdrawals: crypto only, Swapped for cards
Cloudbet's payment methods article is short: the site accepts a range of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, USDC and Ethereum, and no fiat directly. Anyone without coins buys them inside the site through Swapped, a third-party on-ramp that takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill and Neteller in the countries it serves. Swapped charges its own processing fee that varies by method, and whether it serves a Ghana card is shown on Swapped's country list, not on Cloudbet's pages.
The crypto transaction fees page gives the numbers. Deposits carry no fee. Withdrawals carry a flat network fee. Minimums run from 0.00001 BTC on Bitcoin and 0.0002 ETH on Ethereum to between 0.1 and 200 USDT by network. Each USDT network carries a flat fee, shown before you confirm. Cloudbet's terms also reserve a handling charge of up to 5% to cover transaction costs.
Withdrawals need a 2FA code and an email or Telegram confirmation; most are sent at once and the rest within 24 hours. Cedis never appear in this flow; the rate you get is the rate the day you sell the coin. The paying-in section of the ranking covers the Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum routes.
| Coin | Deposit | Minimum withdrawal and fee |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | No fee | From 0.00001 BTC; flat network fee |
| Ethereum | No fee | From 0.0002 ETH; fee by network (Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Base) |
| USDT | No fee | From 0.1 to 200 USDT by network; a flat network fee, shown before you confirm |
| Visa / Mastercard via Swapped | Buys crypto; Swapped's own fee by method | Not a withdrawal route |
Figures are Cloudbet's, from its crypto transaction fees page and help centre. Cloudbet states that 90% of withdrawals take under two minutes and that the rest are processed within 24 hours; network fees change with congestion. Cloudbet holds no cedi balance, so MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money play no part. Cloudbet crypto transaction fees

Withdrawals
Cloudbet withdrawals: under two minutes for most, 24 hours at most
Cloudbet's home page states that 90% of its withdrawals take less than two minutes, with an average under a minute. Its help centre adds that the rest can take up to 24 hours. The withdrawal steps are: profile icon, Withdraw, pick the coin, enter network, address, amount and 2FA code, then confirm the link in your email or in Telegram.
Verification sets the ceiling. Cloudbet's verification levels article says you can deposit, bet and withdraw as soon as you sign up. A phone-only account, or one with no verification at all, has a $2,200 lifetime deposit limit and a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit. Level 2, a photo ID such as a Ghana Card, proof of address and a face check, removes both. The terms require identity verification once cumulative deposits reach $2,200.
Fees are the network's flat charge, shown before you confirm, and Cloudbet says it adds none of its own, while its terms reserve up to 5% for transaction costs. For USDT the fee page prices TON, Polygon and BNB Smart Chain at a fraction of a cent, while TRON costs 3.5 USDT, so pick the network before you withdraw. The payout section of the ranking compares stated times.
No app
Cloudbet app for Ghana: there is none, and Cloudbet says so
Cloudbet's help centre answers the app question in one line: there is no mobile app, and the site is built to work in every phone browser. Open cloudbet.com, log in, and the sportsbook, casino and wallet are the same as on a laptop. A home-screen shortcut gives you an icon.
The second half of that article matters more for a Ghana phone. Cloudbet asks you to report anything presented as a Cloudbet app on Google Play or the App Store, or as an APK, to its support team. In other words, a Cloudbet APK forwarded on WhatsApp is somebody else's software wearing the logo, and it is after your login, your 2FA code or your seed phrase.
For the browser version, two habits help. Type the address or use a bookmark instead of tapping links in messages, and switch on two-factor authentication, which withdrawals need anyway. Live dealer tables and in-play pages use more data than a bet slip, so a decent data bundle helps. The betting apps section of the ranking lists brands that do publish an Android install.
Licence
Is Cloudbet legal in Ghana? Halcyon Super Holdings and the Curaçao licence
Cloudbet is not on the Gaming Commission of Ghana's register of operators licensed for 2026. Its footer states that cloudbet.com is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao, company number 148526, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/328/0599. Some payments are handled by a wholly owned subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited. An offshore licence, in short.
Ghana is not on Cloudbet's restricted jurisdictions list, which names Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, Turkey and others. Cloudbet says players from unlisted countries are welcome to register. Welcome at Cloudbet is not the same as licensed in Ghana, and a dispute has no Accra regulator to hear it.
Protect your own position. Register in the name on your Ghana Card, because Level 2 verification will ask for it, and keep the transaction hash of every deposit. Anyone selling Cloudbet sure odds or fixed matches on Telegram is running a scam. To compare brands with a Ghana licence, open the licensing section of the ranking.
