The brand also owns 1win.com.gh, but at the 6 October 2026 check that address showed only a username and password screen. The site that offered the cedi registration form at that check was 1win.com itself; what 1win serves can vary by region. 1win and the Ghana licence question: not on the register, nothing in the footer
The Gaming Commission of Ghana register for 2026 does not list 1win under sports betting or online casino. The footer of 1win.com carries an 18+ mark and a third-party trust seal but names no licensing body, no company and no licence number. The general terms describe 1win’s own limits on prizes and withdrawals without naming a regulator.
That leaves a Ghanaian punter with a site that pays in cedis but answers to no Ghanaian authority. If a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed, the Gaming Commission's toll-free line, 00800 454 545, and contact form reach a regulator that oversees only operators on its register, and 1win is not on it. Weigh that against the written payout promise and the package, and keep balances small.
